Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be an experienced writer to take these courses?
Not at all. These courses are open to writers of all levels, including complete beginners. What matters most is curiosity and a willingness to explore your inner world through writing.
Will I have to share my writing?
No. Sharing is always optional. Much of Sophie’s work focuses on the process rather than the outcome, and you will never be pressured to share before you feel safe and ready.
Are these courses focused on wellbeing or creative writing?
Both. My approach honours the deep connection between emotional wellbeing and creative practice. You’ll develop your writing while also learning ways to care for yourself through the process.
Are the courses live or self-paced?
Details will vary by course. Some offerings may include live elements, while others may be self-paced. Full details will be shared when each course launches.
When will the courses be available?
Courses are currently in development and will be released soon. You’re welcome to check back or join my newsletter for updates.
Is this therapy?
No. While my draws on extensive training in writing, wellbeing, and mind-body practices, these courses are educational and creative in nature and are not a substitute for therapy.
